Ultra Luxury Oceanfront Condos-New Construction

For the past several years, in the South Florida oceanfront condominium market there has been virtually no new construction under way.  That has recently changed.  New construction has emerged in the ultra luxury market.  There are several eye opening projects underway that are very unique properties targeted to the very high end market.

Regalia in Sunny Isles.  The location of this ultra luxury property is outstanding.  It sits at the Southern most point of Golden Beach which is a small city composed of only homes. The views of any of the units in Regalia would be unobstructed looking north. It is the northern most point of Sunny Isles.  This is a boutique building consisting of just 39 residences. Prices start at $5.9 million and over $270 million in sales has been reported to date.

Chateau Beach Residences- A single tower rising 33 floors from an elevated podium.  An exclusive 84 residences designed by the internationally renowned Uruguayan sculptor Pablo Archugarry.  Residneces range from a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1557 square foot unit to  a four bedroom 6 and one half direct ocean masterpiece.

The construction cranes are appearing along the coast once again but for now they are focused on the ultra luxury oceanfront condo market.

Ultra Luxury at the St. Regis Bal Harbour- Sales Activity

Bal Harbour is one of the most exclusive oceanfront condominium and luxury home communities along the coast of South Florida. You know you are in Bal Harbour the minute you enter the town. The streets are lined with beautifully manicured Royal Palms and the city is immaculate.  The renowned Bal Harbour Shops,in the heart of the town, hosts the finest stores in the world with a collection of more than 100 designers and specialty boutiques.

In the current market, you may wonder have any sold in the $1500-$1800 per square foot price range?  The answer is many. I am working with a client interested in a corner direct ocean unit, and according to the developer many of those most desirable units have already sold.

The ultra luxury high end market is alive and active.

One Thousand Ocean Boca Raton Florida

I was invited to a private party at One Thousand Ocean in Boca Raton .  Construction is moving along on schedule and the Boca Raton Resort Beach Club is expected to open in January.

The Boca Raton Resort has some outstanding restaurants including Morimotos.  Famous Chef Morimoto was at the party and I certainly enjoyed the sushi ! 

It is so exciting to see the progess on this luxury oceanfront condo. There are very few oceanfront condos in South Florida that have a footprint right at the inlet.  This location is exceptionally appealing because it offers continual viewing interest as all the boats coming in and going out to sea ride past your window.  

One Thousand Ocean is exceptional in many ways.  In addition to its outstanding location,  this oceanfront condo offers ultra luxury quality coupled with access to all the amenities of the Boca Raton Resort and Beach Club. All these assets makes this an outstanding luxury oceanfront condo.

There are only 52 one and two story Residences.  The smallest unit starts at 3,072 square feet and the largest unit exceeds 5,800 square feet.  There have been buyers that have bought several units. One buyer purchased 3 units and will have a residence exceeding 10,000 square feet.
