View from South Beach Condo

We were in South Beach yesterday looking for a great seasonal rental for a client.  The rental market is very hot.   A couple of the units that we inquired about a week ago were quickly rented.  As it gets closer to season the demand is certainly picking up. 

Three bedroom units with spectacular views start at around $7500 month and do not stay on the market for long.  The views in many of these prime building are absolutely staggering.    Buildings that offer great views south of 5th street are:

  • Murano at Portofino
